North Carolinians Jessie and Trey told their friends and family to keep their seats warm at the reception – “We’ll be right back after our Alaska Elopement Wedding!” Meeting them in Girdwood, we flew with Alpine Air into the Chugach mountains where the view was just chock full of glaciers; Our pilot turned into a minister, the glaciers became bridesmaids and the deed was done!

Ryan & Kara Niessen of Austin, Texas came to Anchorage to get married.

Texans Ryan and Kara flew in fr0m Austin just in time for a breezy, beautiful and very cold March day for their day of Alaska Elopement Photography… The plan was to explore Turnagain Arm and have the ceremony at Glen Alps with a view of Cook Inlet. The chilly weather tested their endurance but not their love and resolve as we visited Whittier, Portage Glacier, Beluga Point and finally a very windy Glen Alps overlook.
